Yoga for Cancer Classes
For anyone impacted and living with cancer. These classes specifically address side effects of treatment for cancer. No experience of yoga is necessary and you don’t need to feel good to come to class but you should feel better after.
Open level classes
Suitable for all levels and for students with a beginners mind and an open heart. Taking time in postures with focus on alignment and releasing tension held in the physical body so that energy can flow freely. Releasing tight areas and strengthening weaker areas to create a sense of balance.
