Why not join me for a retreat to the stunning island of Ithaca, Greece.
The retreat is beautiful and overlooks the sea and the neighbouring Island of Kefalonia.
It has 3 gorgeous yoga spaces where there will be a morning vinyasa practice with meditation and a sunset relaxing and more restorative practice.
The day is yours to as you wish and there are 4 beaches within walking distance. Hopefully we can also have some fun as well as doing lots of yoga!!
Cost of the retreat includes transfer from airport to Ithaca on the Saturday afternoon, accommodation, and Mediterranean cooking of three meals a day using best local produce.
