Even if medical treatment is ongoing, we can assist our body not just by moving and strengthening it, but also by resting and restoring. In this book, we will explore the power of being a human being rather than a human doing. You, as the CEO of you, can take an active role in helping your body to repair 5 minutes at a time.
This book has 5 minute sequences focusing on different aspects of yoga that help the body to repair. Each 5 minute practice can be done on its own or added to another practice to make a longer practice for the days when you have more time.
